Wonderware® Corporate Energy Management Application - the new application enables manufacturing and industrial automation customers to easily and quickly implement an energy management program and achieve sustainability goals. Wonderware Corporate Energy Management Application helps clients respond better to energy consumption challenges.
The application allows users to monitor energy and detect and notify personnel of energy inefficiencies. It connects directly to meters on a network, through industrial controllers, and accepts manual entry via the Wonderware InTouch® HMI and IntelaTrac™ mobile solutions. The application is layered on top of the Wonderware System Platform, enabling integration with a wide range of applications, networks and I/O data sources. Application functionality includes recording consumption and demand at main and sub meters for a wide range of energy types, including power, water, chill, gas, air and steam. The application also associates production output to energy usage, providing the key performance indicators used in many sustainability programs. It can be quickly installed in a matter of days, and pre-built reports give managers, supervisors and workers new visibility and information on how energy is used within the operation.
With this Wonderware application, companies are able to create a variety of energy consumption web reports based on time period, department, cost center and operational events. Real-time views of energy consumption are provided by Wonderware InTouch HMI, offering an overview of the real-time state of energy usage. With the Wonderware Corporate Energy Management Application, organizations can quickly meet business initiatives for energy reductions and resource management to achieve long-term sustainable results.

Wonderware Enterprise Integrator 3.5, new release

The version 3.5 of the Wonderware® Enterprise Integrator software solution enables secure integration of Wonderware manufacturing execution software (MES) applications, such as Operations, InBatch™, Intelligence and other shop-floor applications, with enterprise resource planning, product lifecycle management, supply chain management,   laboratory information management and other enterprise systems. The Wonderware Enterprise Integrator 3.5 solution allows a consistent approach in operations-to-enterprise integration, eliminating high maintenance point-to-point integration scenarios.
The newest version of the Wonderware Enterprise Integrator solution represents the latest evolution of Operations Management’s enterprise integration capabilities. The software offers out-of-the-box, site-to-enterprise integration services for Wonderware MES, with complete message history, secured delivery and store forward. Technology support for industry standards such as S95 and B2MML, as well as for service-oriented architectures, helps further reduce the total cost of ownership of integration and IT landscapes.
Easy-to-use configuration, administration and status views offer fast, maintainable and more cost-effective enterprise integration compared to non-standard or custom, one-off software-based integration solutions. The product also allows customers to achieve business continuity in the case of ERP or business system unavailability and the ability to maintain data consistency by a menu-driven, web-based user interface.

Wonderware Mobile Solution

Wonderware IntelaTrac™ mobile solution has achieved Enterprise Mobility validation through Motorola’s Enterprise Mobility Validated Solution Program. The IntelaTrac solution is a mobile workforce and decision support system. Featuring configurable software and ruggedized mobile hardware, it enables better workflow, procedural and general task management focused on plant operations, maintenance management, production tracking and compliance applications
The mobile component of the IntelaTrac application can operate with a wide variety of hardware from Motorola, which is available through the Wonderware brand as a part of a customer’s purchase of the system. These products include the MC55 and MC70 Enterprise Digital Assistants (EDA) and MC9090 family of mobile computers.
Being awarded the Motorola Enterprise Mobility Validation is a significant achievement because it assures all the customers and partners of system interoperability between Motorola devices and our IntelaTrac applications
Motorola’s Enterprise Mobility Validated Solutions Program enables partners to test and validate their mobility solutions on Motorola products to help ensure interoperability and meet the application-specific needs of customers, as well as reduce risk and time to deployment. The IntelaTrac solution is now permitted to use the Motorola Enterprise Mobility Validated™ Software logo, designation which will help assure customers and partners of system interoperability between Motorola devices and IntelaTrac applications.

Wonderware® System Platform 4.0 software, new release

Wonderware System Platform 4.0 software delivers new information services and capabilities, including new device connectivity functions, tiered historian capabilities and dramatic web visualization improvements, that enable plant operators to more effectively manage and control equipment and processes; information systems personnel to more easily integrate and make use of real-time manufacturing information; and for all personnel to be continuously up to date on their overall operations performance.
The System Platform software offers new tiered historian capabilities, designed to greatly simplify data time-stamping, information aggregation, retrieval and reporting, along with improved information security and disaster recovery across distributed operations, empowering a wide range of production workers with easy-to-use visualization, reporting and intelligence tools. The platform historian is also available as a standalone offering, Wonderware Historian 10.0. The Information Server 4.0 component of the platform now provides the rich experience and performance of real-time ArchestrA graphics for web visualization, supporting a wide range of production workers with more functional and effective KPI reports and HMI graphics. Using the open platform, customer’s graphical configuration efforts can be easily reused and managed across their manufacturing enterprises, as both Wonderware InTouch® HMI graphics and inside their web applications.
